While the rest of the world is trying to reproduce or steal the Freddo Formula, a Scottish biotechnology firm has managed to use less traditional techniques to clone Freddo using trace DNA strands found on a Freddo wrapper. It is expected that full scale production will begin by the end of the year.
Note: Froggo (cloned Freddo) was mass produced in September of 1996 and is now the stable diet of most of Scotland. However unlike Australians , the Scots prefer to fry their Freddos.
Note: Since 1996 various side effects have been detected in the cloned chocolate bar. These include chronic addiction and loss of natural skin waterproofing (spongyitis). In Mar 2002 Director of NAC Therapeutics admitted that Froggo was released too early, however he indicated that the pending release of Caramello MacKoala (due for release in 2003) would be void of these teething problems.
